Season 2 of The Way of the Househusband is now available to stream on Netflix worldwide. The sequel to the well-known web anime is being animated by Studio J.C. Staff. Tetsu, a former yakuza turned househusband, was played again by Kenjiro Tsuda. Shizuka Ito reprises her role as Miku, while Kazuyuki Okitsu takes on the role of Masa.
Currently, 5 episodes of The Way of the Househusband are available to stream on Netflix.

The Way of the Househusband is based on Kosuke Ono’s manga. In 2018, the series began serialisation in Kurage Bunch magazine. If you’re unfamiliar with the series, here’s a synopsis:
“Tatsu, known among the yakuza as “The Immortal Dragon,” is a yakuza legend who has defeated an impressive number of rival gangs. Tatsu marries, hoping to wash his hands of his past, and devotes himself fully to the way of the househusband, cooking, cleaning, washing, and grocery shopping every day. Tatsu’s tough, former yakuza underling, Masa, on the other hand, isn’t thrilled with his new domestic life. As Tatsu strives to follow in the footsteps of the househusband, one assassin after another attempts to eliminate him!”
Will there be more episodes of The Way of the Househusband Season 2?
While no official confirmation of additional episodes is available, the second season appears to be following the same release schedule as the first.
The Way of the Househusband premiered with five episodes on April 8, 2021. Six months later, on October 7, 2021, another five episodes were added to the season, bringing the total season order to ten.
Because The Way of the Househusband Season 2 also debuted with five episodes, we can expect another five-episode batch in the future. Though that is just speculation at best.
