Toei Animation has announced Girls Band Cry, a new original anime project. A teaser video with a guitarist and a red background has been released.
The tagline for the visual is “Anger, joy, and sadness; throw them all in.”
On May 29, more information about the Girls Band Cry, as well as an animated music video, will be released.
Toei Animation is best known for its work on long-running anime series like the yearly Precure magical girl series, One Piece, and classics like Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Saint Seiya, and Slam Dunk. Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure, which is currently airing, and Tsch: The Great Mission are two of its most recent works.
